We don’t put your property on the market because we are not letting agents: we’re the tenant. Therefore, we immediately commit from day one, which means you have the guarantee of a tenant within 24 hours with a guaranteed payment start date from the day we view, even if the property is vacant.

Guaranteed rent while vacant

Even whilst the property remains vacant or during a void we continue to pay the full rent. We also indemnify landlords against problem tenants and their potential evictions via the courts, at our expense.
